Client Case Manager

Job Summary
Prepare and create high-quality suitability reports for new business, fund switches, and client advice outcomes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards. Attend client meetings alongside Advisers or review detailed notes to accurately interpret objectives and financial positions, capturing and validating all necessary information. Act as the first line of quality control by identifying and resolving information gaps, inconsistencies, or risks before cases progress further. Create and maintain accurate client records across systems including iBusiness, Salesforce, and Monday.com, while producing illustrations and running calculations to support robust advice recommendations. Own and manage case progression by preparing pre-sale and triage cases, working collaboratively with Advisers, Client Executives, and external providers to resolve queries and meet agreed timelines. Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a performance bonus, 28 days' holiday, and private medical insurance included.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the financial advice process
- Experience in writing suitability reports and supporting regulated advice
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across Advisers, clients, and third parties
- Confidence in using systems such as Salesforce, iBusiness, and financial planning tools
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to balance client experience with operational efficiency
