Job Summary
Engage clients in activities to encourage treatment and recovery goals while modeling independent living skills like hygiene, budgeting, and meal preparation. Provide individualized support for personal challenges, conduct accountability conversations regarding behavior and program expectations, and transport clients to off-site appointments. Collect urine analysis samples, distribute medications following management procedures, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions using assessment tools. Observe and communicate client behavior assessments to the multi-disciplinary treatment team to foster a safe, therapeutic environment. Work Thursdays through Mondays from 4pm to midnight with a $2,000 retention sign-on bonus and tenure-based pay increases.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Minimum age of 21
- Current driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous behavioral health or social services experience
- Previous experience with medication management
