Job Summary
Provide an excellent experience for customers calling with questions or service inquiries while multi-tasking to calmly handle multiple clients simultaneously. Deliver high energy and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build connections and succeed as a valued team member. Embrace training to continually improve knowledge and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Requires 40+ hours of availability, with some Saturdays potentially required. - Ability to provide an excellent experience for our customers who call with questions or service inquiries
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and calmly handle multiple customers at one time
- Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
- Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
- Self-motivated and strong Team player
- Strong computer skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment
- Available 40+ hours, some Saturdays may be required
