Job Summary
Handle inbound calls and texts to resolve scheduling issues with caregivers and clients, while walking prospects through intake forms to capture care needs. Prioritize interactions by importance and multitask between different agencies and platforms throughout your shift. Provide comprehensive note-taking and documentation within our systems, ensuring adherence to established protocols and HIPAA guidelines. Re-staff shifts when caregivers call out or do not arrive, escalating to supervisors or agency administrators as necessary. Shifts are scheduled based on call volume, with availability throughout the week, weekends, and 24/7 depending on demand. This role supports SCBA's home care operations, connecting clients with compassionate caregivers across multiple time zones. We provide a laptop for remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Tech-savvy including knowledge of Google Office and VOIP calling systems
- High-Speed Internet Connection
- Quiet Work Environment, with space to honor the privacy of our client's customers and caregivers

- Compassionate and Empathetic
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in written and oral English
- Able to work independently

- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
- Must currently reside in the U.S. with preference for candidates in Metro Atlanta, Georgia
- Must be able to work some weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Prior call-handling experience is preferred
- Prior scheduling experience is preferred
- Prior experience in home care is an asset
- Prior knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of Agency Management Software (AMS) specifically WellSky Personal Care aka ClearCare, AxisCare and SwyftOps
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset
- Knowledge of HIPAA protocols is an asset
