Client Care Specialist

Hybrid Client Care Specialist role focusing on assisting clients with enrollment and claims issues, maintaining client trackers and supporting Open Enrollment processes; responsibilities include resolving enrollment and claims issues with carriers, researching and proactively providing solutions, facilitating COBRA setup and renewals, coordinating benefit documentation (census data, benefit guides, plan summaries, SBCs), and coordinating MAPFML private plan exemption filings. Requires a high school diploma and an active Life/Accident and Health Insurance Agent License; strong communication, interpersonal, time-management, and Excel/MS Office skills are essential. Located to Cranston, RI with Hybrid work arrangement.
