Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers while covering open client shifts to ensure continuity of care. Train and mentor new caregivers in clients' homes and communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership. Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism throughout your Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 6 PM. You must hold an HHA or STNA certification, a valid Ohio Driver's License with reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an HHA or STNA
- Flexible availability between 8 AM – 6 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
- Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License
- Reliable and consistent transportation
- Current proof of auto insurance
- HHA or STNA certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
