Client Care Servicing Specialist-Spanish Care (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client service by handling incoming calls for routine inquiries about Truist products, procedures, systems, or policies, and creating a differentiated client experience. Act as a client advocate to track complaints and feedback, investigate and resolve requests related to one specialty (e.g., business care, card, loan servicing), educate clients on self-service options, and escalate bank errors or regulatory concerns as needed. Follow policies and laws to protect clients and the bank, participate in ongoing learning opportunities, and work in a bilingual-capable environment with English required and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of client servicing experience (call center, retail, hospitality, medical, etc.)
- Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications (grammar and spelling)
- Regulatory qualification standards per loan originator compensation rules
