Job Summary
Casual Client Care role supporting hearing clinics across Queensland North. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing the client experience, scheduling and confirming appointments for clients, providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists), overseeing day-to-day clinic operations (opening/closing procedures, phone line, shared email), and handling billing and payments. Training is provided, with shifts Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and no weekend work. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional client experience through strong communication, active listening, organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a supportive team. The organization is Connect Hearing, part of Sonova, with a focus on hearing health care services across Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
