Job Summary
Engage with clients to understand and advise on their personal insurance needs, focusing on habitational, travel, and automobile coverage. Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects while processing renewals to ensure policies are issued accurately and timely. Achieve sales and retention goals through proactive client service and continuous education in Personal Lines and Auto products. This trainee role offers a strong foundation for new industry entrants, supported by HUB's commitment to funding licensing and designations.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment
- Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Prior insurance experience
- General Insurance License
- Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives
- Excellent product knowledge in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance
