Job Summary
Engage with clients to understand and advise on their personal insurance needs, specifically covering habitational, travel, and automobile products. Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects while processing renewals to ensure policies are issued accurately and timely. Drive sales initiatives to achieve retention and sales targets, maintaining high product knowledge through continuous education. Work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment to deliver exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience
- Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment
- Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- No Travel Required
Desired Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required
- Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)
