Job Summary
Engage with clients to understand and advise on their personal insurance needs, specifically covering habitational, travel, and automobile products. Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects while processing and conducting renewals to ensure policies are issued accurately and timely. Achieve sales and retention targets by delivering exceptional client service and maintaining deep product knowledge through continuous education. This role supports HUB International's mission to protect individuals and businesses through tailored risk solutions and unrelenting advocacy in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience
- Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment
- Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required
- Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)
