Client Care Representative providing phone and back-office support to LCNB National Bank customers. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, answering inquiries, resolving problems, processing transactions, maintaining databases, opening and maintaining accounts, and promoting bank products/services. Roles require accurate data entry, adherence to security procedures, and collaboration with Branch Operations. Required Qualifications
