Job Summary
Answers incoming client calls and assists with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls, with emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Coordinates administrative tasks as necessary, ensures greeting/script compliance, notifies clients if technician timing changes, and leverages training and coaching to support continuous improvement. Requires strong communication, courteous demeanor on calls, basic Microsoft Office and Google Drive skills, and familiarity with service-dispatch workflows in HVAC contexts; Service Titan experience is highly encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive "can do" team work attitude
- Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
- Must have good computer software skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Service Titan experience encouraged
