Job Summary
Client Care Representative at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing handles inbound client calls, assists with supervision and dispatching of scheduled service and maintenance calls, and reports to the Call Center Manager. Responsibilities include greeting clients, ensuring a positive first impression, using approved scripts, notifying clients if a plumber will not arrive within the scheduled time window, booking service appointments for Agreement Membership, and participating in rotating on-call. Requires strong verbal/telephone communication, good computer software skills, Service Titan experience, and the ability to be flexible with work schedule; bilingual is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior customer service experience is preferred; experience with dispatching for HVAC/Refrigeration is a plus.
