Job Summary
Auto Insurance Trainee focused on building client relationships and actively promoting ICBC and private insurance products. Responsibilities include processing auto insurance transactions (renewals, transfers, cancellations, debt payments), upselling/cross-selling insurance products, supporting branch operations and inbound/outbound client servicing, and completing HUB Ready training with licensing support to obtain Level 1 Insurance License within 30 days. Strong emphasis on meeting sales targets, reliability, organization, and collaborating with dealership partners in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required
