Client Care Representative – Auto Insurance Trainee

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners while actively promoting and selling ICBC and private insurance products to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments, while upselling and cross-selling additional products to drive performance metrics. Support the branch by handling phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory. This results-focused role requires a self-starter mentality and thrives in a high-energy environment with no prior insurance experience needed, as full training and support are provided to earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within the first 30 days.
