Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners while actively promoting and selling ICBC and private insurance products to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Process auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments, while upselling and cross-selling additional products to drive performance metrics. Support the branch by handling phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory. This results-focused role requires a self-starter mentality to exceed targets within a collaborative, high-energy environment. Full training is provided to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days.
