Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners while actively selling ICBC and private insurance products to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Process auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments. Upsell and cross-sell additional products to drive performance metrics, while supporting the branch with phone calls, administrative tasks, and inventory restocking. Assist HUB Centers via inbound and outbound call volume. This entry-level Auto Associate role offers complete training to obtain a Level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of employment.
