Client Care Representative - Armadale | PT

Provide frontline client experience at a hearing clinic in Armadale, WA by welcoming clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, supporting clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists), managing daily clinic operations, handling the clinic phone line and email, and processing payments. Requires prior face-to-face customer service or administrative experience, strong communication and active listening, organizational skills, the ability to work autonomously and within a team, intermediate computer skills, and an interest in hearing aids.
