Job Summary

Lead role responsible for managing the client journey from enquiry through onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring services are delivered in a safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led manner. Act as the central point of accountability for client experience, supporting sustainable growth through timely responsiveness, strong relationships, and high-quality, person-centred care. Responsibilities include handling new client enquiries, coordinating initial assessments within 72 hours, onboarding new clients, maintaining client relationships, reviews, and ongoing service improvement, with a focus on safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with care teams. Essential skills include excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication abilities, ability to identify risk and escalate appropriately, and experience in regulated care environments; desirable familiarity with regulatory inspection frameworks (e.g., CQC) and live-in or domiciliary care experiences. This role emphasizes proactive client engagement, service continuity, governance, and delivering care that respects client wishes, dignity, and safety.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing or coordination role within regulated care, health, or community service environment
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding responsibilities
  • Level 2 or above NVQ in Health & Social Care or Equivalent Qualifications (Desirable)
