Job Summary
Coordinate inbound client communications, schedule service calls based on technician availability, dispatch technicians, and support day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from first call to job completion. You will help organize workflow, support technicians, and drive revenue through effective scheduling and customer follow-up. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, creating a strong first impression, maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with technicians, filling slower periods with outbound calls, and ensuring minimal downtime between jobs. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, is comfortable with scheduling software/CRM, and remains solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, scheduling software, Microsoft Office/Google tools)
