Job Summary
Guide clients through each stage of the loan process from application to closing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Collect and organize required documentation while coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting. Provide regular updates to all parties and monitor deadlines to proactively solve issues and keep closings on schedule. Deliver an exceptional client experience by managing multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Is comfortable learning and using technology and multiple software platforms
- Can successfully manage multiple files and priorities

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
