Job Summary
Client Care Coordinator for Homewatch CareGivers, responsible for updating/ managing our quality control system, sharing on-call duties, and coordinating client care including Government Programs. Duties include managing client care and quality assurance visits, resolving client issues professionally, collaborating with office staff, and providing counsel to the company executive team. Manages schedules, care implementations, and plans of care, with on-call responsibilities (~33%); travel to Twin Falls or Pocatello. CNA is desired but not required; experience in home care preferred with willingness to train. Typical schedule 8am-5pm Monday–Friday with occasional outside-hours work; reliable transportation required; benefits include health/dental insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
