Client Care Coordinator, Full-Time, Oahu (Mapunapuna)

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their restoration projects, receiving new leads and promptly contacting clients. Coordinate projects from initial call through final payment by creating and managing entries in the CRM system, scheduling Matterport inspections, and coordinating with field teams and subcontractors. Manage the full documentation lifecycle by sending and obtaining signed contracts, work authorizations, and required files while collecting deposits and processing payments. Communicate project timelines and status updates, request progress billing, submit final invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances. Complete quality control checklists, maintain organized project files, and review files for accuracy before submission.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of customer service, administrative, or project coordination experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Restoration, construction, insurance, or property management experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person
