Job Summary
Conduct initial sales conversations, onboarding new clients, and manage the post-engagement glidepath while liaising directly to answer inquiries and resolve issues. Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources, helping them understand their situation, associated costs, and the value of solutions. Prepare reports on client engagement metrics and collaborate with team members to ensure projects complete timely and of high quality. Discuss workflows and case progression systems with clients. This role supports a small, fast-growing estate planning law firm in Palm City, FL, focusing on helping people preserve and protect their legacy.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a client engagement, or inside sales role in a professional services environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate complex ideas to a wide variety of audiences
- Proven ability to analyze data quickly and accurately, and to assess risk and develop solutions
