Job Summary
Coordinate and generate service appointments for Loyal Lexus Guests by handling incoming and outbound calls, following up on guest visits and internet leads, replying to inquiries via phone, text, email or in person, and working with service consultants to meet monthly targets. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers professionally, providing information on vehicle service requirements, and managing multiple tasks to schedule appointments and drive service traffic. Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills are essential, with prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred.
