Job Summary
Deliver care through exceptional client service and create a differentiating client experience for internal and external clients by executing Truist’s purpose, mission and values. Investigate and resolve client requests using one specialty (e.g., business care, card, loan servicing); educate clients on bank products and services; escalate bank errors or regulatory concerns posing risk; guide clients through self-service options via Truist technologies; follow policies, procedures, regulations, and laws to protect clients and Truist; participate in ongoing personal and professional development. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of client servicing experience; proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work across multiple platforms. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training or experience
- One year of client servicing work experience (call center, retail, hospitality, medical, etc.)
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office), technical skills, interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications (including grammar and spelling)
- Satisfies regulatory requirements for holding the position, including meeting the qualification standards imposed by the Loan Originator Compensation rule of the Truth in Lending Act
