Job Summary
Mid-level Client Care Analyst responsible for overseeing operational issues for Visa AP clients and processors, resolving inquiries, coordinating input from clients with other Visa teams, delivering timely monthly reports to stakeholders, maintaining documentation in SharePoint and other data repositories, and identifying opportunities to improve forms, documentation, and training materials. Requires experience with case management, strong relationship management, and knowledge of payment industry terms such as authorization, clearing and settlement; proficient with MS Office tools and data visualization platforms. This role is hybrid with office in the Philippines (Pasay or Manila) and supports AP during business hours, including potential weekends/holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in the payment industry field
- Understanding of Visa Payment system or similar payment flow
- Working knowledge of Visa’s systems including authorization and clearing systems, disputes, rules, and processing platforms is preferred
