Job Summary
Answer inbound calls, route inquiries to the correct team, and educate customers on product offerings and travel advantages. Build and confirm tour packages within the internal reservation system, while explaining offers and upgrades across all tour components. Review and complete Retail booking notations requiring action, including tour changes, flight schedule updates, re-booking components, and follow-up notes. Perform to and exceed qualitative and quantitative performance goals with consistent professionalism when interacting with direct consumers, travel agents, and group leaders. Work nights and weekends as needed to support the Client Care Center.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle customers with a high level of continuous professionalism
- Ability to work effectively with all members of the team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work nights and weekends
- Some higher education
Desired Qualifications
- Call Center and/or travel industry experience
- Strong computer skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Embraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes, elevate content, and drive efficiency across the organization
