Job Summary
Answer inbound calls and route inquiries to the correct team members. Educate customers on product offerings and tour advantages while building and confirming packages within the internal reservation system. Effectively explain offers and upgrades across all tour components. Review and complete Retail booking notations requiring action, including tour changes, flight schedule updates, re-booking components, and follow-up notes. Perform to and exceed qualitative and quantitative performance goals while maintaining high professionalism with direct consumers, travel agents, and group leaders. Work nights and weekends as required in this fast-paced inbound and outbound telephone contact environment.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work nights and weekends
- Some higher education
Desired Qualifications
- Call Center and/or travel industry experience
- Strong computer skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- A desire to become part of a growing team within a dynamic environment and industry
