Job Summary
Client Care Advisor delivering luxury, best-in-class client experience across calls, emails, and live chat for Tiffany & Co., aiming to meet and exceed client service goals and commercial sales targets. Responsibilities include elevating client interactions in line with brand values, resolving issues with empathy, building long-term relationships, handling multi-system workflows, driving product knowledge and storytelling to drive conversion, and coordinating order verification and fulfillment with internal/external teams. Requires bilingual Mandarin and Cantonese communication to support Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan markets; includes cross-functional collaboration with Warehouse/Operations/Merchandising and ecommerce processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Certificate or Equivalent
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Previous customer service experience in retail or call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with website technology, website navigation and terminology associated with internet commerce
- Flexible working availability, including evenings and weekends
