Greet every client and their pet with a warm smile, building strong relationships to ensure a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Deliver exceptional service by answering questions, taking payments, and booking future appointments while confidently guiding clients on services, products, and Complete Care plans. Maintain calm under pressure to support the clinical team of vets and nurses, ensuring every patient receives the best care. Work flexibly across three Ayrshire practices in Ayr, Irvine, and Kilmarnock, requiring a full UK driving licence and personal transport. Bring enthusiasm and a genuine love of animals to create a fun, friendly environment for clients and colleagues.
