Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries promptly via telephone, email, and written correspondence while building strong relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Support Financial Advisers with client communications and administrative duties, handling incoming and outgoing calls to ensure enquiries are resolved or directed appropriately. Maintain accurate client records, assist with the preparation and management of client documentation, and work within a regulated environment following company procedures and industry standards. Support vulnerable clients with empathy, patience, and professionalism, maintaining high levels of organisation while managing multiple priorities. This role offers genuine career progression across client relationship management, administration, paraplanning, compliance, or financial advice within a professional, supportive financial services organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within a customer service, client care, administration, or office-based role
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations with empathy
- Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to help people
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a regulated or professional services environment
- Previous experience within financial services, banking, insurance, legal, or professional services
