Job Summary
Process new accounts and manage client assets by transferring funds, completing subscription documents, and handling cashiering requests including wires and checks. Maintain client files, reconcile daily activity against clearing systems, and oversee insurance and annuity processes. Respond to statement inquiries, generate expense reports, and prepare correspondence and presentation materials for client meetings. Attend client meetings as necessary to present performance and support marketing efforts for seminars. Obtain required approvals for all administrative tasks and ensure documentation is completed and approved. This role supports the Private Advisor team within the Global Family Office business unit, which manages $224 billion in assets across 33 U.S. markets and London.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Strong client facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- 0-2 years prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent experience
- Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred, and if not, willing to obtain
- Experience with eMoney financial planning software a plus
