Job Summary
Assist financial advisors by building professional relationships, answering account inquiries, and escalating customer needs appropriately. Process checks, wires, and ACH's, complete trades in client accounts, and facilitate fund transfers while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards. Obtain and maintain appropriate account documentation to resolve problems and onboard new accounts. Prepare correspondence and implement technology changes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or job-related experience
- 2+ years of customer service related experience in a full time employee capacity
- Strong soft skills including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills
- Attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can make advisors more efficient and effective
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or the willingness to get licensed within 12 months of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Current FINRA registrations
- Financial services experience
