Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries regarding new accounts, LOAs, account updates, funds disbursements, charitable gifting, and trade activity. Process account openings, closings, transfers, and other requests while overseeing asset transfers and ensuring required documentation is completed. Perform daily review and maintenance of client accounts, including administrative changes, cash/security movements, and addressing insufficient funds for scheduled remittances. Execute account maintenance tasks such as checks and wires, RMDs, beneficiary changes, and client-directed trade orders. Prepare correspondence and presentation materials for internal and external clients, including meetings and account reviews. Create, monitor, and update financial and client data reports, compile daily, monthly, and quarterly oversight reporting, and process quarterly billing. Utilize Salesforce and Outlook to manage client information and record strategy updates from meetings. Interact with operations and middle office to resolve account or performance discrepancies.

- 2-4 years of client service or support experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and FactSet
- Strong interpersonal, client service, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of exercising discretion with confidential information
- Ability to take initiative and meet clear deadlines

Desired Qualifications
- Experience and Skills Qualifications: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required
- 2-4 years of client service or support experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and FactSet is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, client service, and communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work with a variety of constituents: peers, Portfolio Managers, Wealth Advisors and clients
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of exercising discretion with confidential information
- Ability to take initiative and meet clear deadlines
