Job Summary
Support financial services operations as a Client Associate in Columbia, SC by handling new and transfer account forms, managing telephones and messages, formatting and mailing materials, and preparing correspondence and reports. Maintain confidential files, assist Financial Consultants and customers with information, help resolve routine account problems, and maintain records for commissions and trades. Schedule business trips for Financial Consultants, coordinate with clients, and assist with filing expense reports. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ years of related experience or equivalent; required certifications include SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66 within 6 months; qualification tests include Microsoft Word, Excel, and alpha/numeric data entry.
