Job Summary

Client Analyst role in State Street's Global Clients Division focusing on managing client relationships for asset managers, asset owners, and official institutions. Responsibilities include performing client activities and ad-hoc requests, updating Salesforce and Client Account Plans, managing client billing setup and documentation, assisting with contract management and amendments, coordinating projects with clients and internal teams across regions, organizing Due Diligence Meetings and Reviews, and preparing and delivering RFI/RFP materials. Requires strong relationship-building and process knowledge, ability to coordinate with senior executives, and a proactive servicing mindset. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance preferred) and at least 2 years in custody, fund accounting, or relationship-management support. Skills emphasized: problem resolution, project management, teamwork, English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with business related coursework or degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of related custody, fund accounting or relationship management support experience preferred
  • Computer competence (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Salesforce experience a plus but not required
  • Project Management Skills
  • Accuracy and detail-orientated
  • Interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines driven environment
