Job Summary
Support for Client Administrators and Managers servicing all lines of Business Insurance; responsibilities include processing policies, endorsements, certificates, mail handling, invoicing, data entry, and coordination with carriers/wholesalers; requires a bachelor’s degree (or near-term completion) and 1-2 years P&C experience, plus a California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license and professional designations (AAI/AINS/INS); must be proficient with MS Office and capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or ability to receive the degree within two to three months
- minimum of 1-2 years industry Property & Casualty experience showing increasing responsibility directly related to the performance of the above duties
- Obtain and maintain a valid, unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors License
- Achieve an AAI, AINS or INS designation as well as willingness to pursue continuing education in insurance designations and professional development training
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
