Client Advocate

Senior Client Advocate leading and coordinating construction Commercial Property & Casualty client relationships, guiding program-level strategy, and overseeing placement/broking activities. Responsibilities include preparing and leading strategy meetings, collaborating with Producers and Senior Client Advocates on external strategy, maintaining documentation of outcomes, coordinating responses across client contacts and locations, submitting coverage specifications and proposals to carriers, negotiating quotes and terms to ensure contract certainty, guiding the binding process and post-bind support, overseeing mid-term policy changes, endorsements, audits, and client reporting, providing coaching to junior brokers, and facilitating client engagement events and regular meetings with clients and underwriters.
