Client Advocate

Client Advocate role focused on day-to-day management of assigned accounts within the production team's commercial P&C book, serving as the primary client contact for renewals, mid-term changes, and ongoing service needs. Responsibilities include coordinating renewal strategy, preparing submissions, presenting options to clients, reviewing policy documents for accuracy, identifying coverage gaps, and collaborating with senior advocates and cross-functional teams to deliver proactive, accurate service throughout the policy year. Strong emphasis on translating client needs into actionable instructions for service and operations, maintaining data integrity in agency systems, and ensuring timely, coordinated delivery of renewals, endorsements, and certificates.
