Job Summary
Client Advocate responsible for guiding clients through available options with a consultative approach, documenting client information accurately, and moving them toward next steps. Will handle objections, coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, and follow up to maintain momentum. Requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a proven track record of meeting goals, strong active listening, and the ability to manage high-volume interactions; leadership potential encouraged. On-site, Denver-area role with a condensed three-shift schedule and competitive compensation including benefits and growth opportunities.
