Client Advocate

Job Summary
Client Advocate responsible for serving as the primary contact for assigned client programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring day-to-day success and long-term client satisfaction. Oversees omni-channel communications delivery (print, digital, and fulfillment), manages job tracking and documentation, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality execution. Responsibilities include understanding client goals, maintaining program documentation and assets, articulating requests clearly, proactive client communications, risk anticipation and issue resolution, overseeing the full job lifecycle from intake to fulfillment, coordinating with Print Production, IT, and Fulfillment teams to meet deadlines and client SLAs, and leading process improvements to ensure regulatory and client-specific compliance (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA). Note the role requires in-office work in Willowbrook, IL, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2–5 years in a client-facing capacity.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years in a client-facing role (preferred within print, marketing, or communications)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of mailing, shipping, and fulfillment processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Detail-oriented and analytical
