Job Summary

Primary responsibility is to establish and maintain sustainable customer relationships, act as liaison between clients and the I/S organization, and coordinate with customers at strategic, tactical, and operational levels to ensure delivery of tailored information systems solutions. Responsibilities include steering support to define business needs and prioritize I/S work requests, monitoring service levels and SLA performance, managing client needs and communications, internal marketing and product-improvement activities, and contributing to cost control and value delivery. Requires strong communications, understanding of information systems and business processes, client relationship management experience, and collaboration within Agile environments. Hybrid onsite schedule with 3x weekly in-office requirement at Columbia, SC location.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in any major.
