Job Summary
Coordinate client advocacy services at the St. Paul Opportunity Center, providing referral information and resources across housing, employment, healthcare, and other supports; conduct client entry screenings; maintain accurate data and incident reporting; supervise and assist staff during shifts; apply de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and dignity; train new coworkers and coordinate with community partners to meet program goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer system for reporting purposes
- Ability to work with low-income populations including homeless or unstable housing
- Ability to work in a shift-based schedule including Sunday-Thursday
- Must be a Mandated Reporter
- Regular full-time, hourly, non-exempt status
