Job Summary
Manage accounting and finance functions for multiple small-to-medium clients, reviewing monthly financial statements, performing variance analysis, and providing actionable decision support. Analyze financial information to identify operational enhancements and procedural improvements while leveraging technology to automate processes and drive month-end close efficiencies. Define repeatable methodologies, document templates, and lead client onboarding, assessments, and implementations. Generate leads, expand existing opportunities, and prepare proposals for prospects. This role requires a CPA or CPA-eligible candidate with five years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA or CPA eligible
- At least 5 years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
