Client Advisor - Venezia (Fixed term)

Client Advisor at Valentino Venezia (Fixed Term) responsible for mastering the client journey, engaging existing and potential clientele, and delivering Valentino Couture Service throughout all sales phases. Duties include proactive clienteling to meet CRM targets, executing personalized outreach campaigns, capturing qualitative client data, managing portfolio relationships, achieving sales and CRM KPIs, staying informed on fashion trends, preparing for appointments, maintaining product knowledge, assisting with post-sale activities, ensuring stock replenishment and visual standards, and collaborating with the Visual team and store management to uphold presentation and store operations. Must excel in relationship building, be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be a collaborative team player.
