Job Summary
Welcome clients, assist them accordingly, and ensure a memorable Tiffany brand experience. Improve client experience through hospitality and amenities to positively impact sales and service. Operate the engraving station, lead floor waiting lists, and maintain stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality areas. Communicate service issues to management, assist with boxing, wrapping, and POS replenishment, and support operations with after-sales servicing. Manage inventory and special projects as needed. Work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Client service skills
- The ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks
- Capability to work with a diverse client base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
