Act as a personal fashion and style consultant, developing individual styling concepts tailored to client personality, color types, silhouettes, and occasions. Build and sustain your own client base by scheduling and conducting one-on-one styling appointments while proactively reaching out to clients regarding new collections, events, and personal milestones. Own your sales performance and support the development of the store's styling and service levels by monitoring international trends, materials, and color palettes to integrate them into sales. Manage operational tasks to drive sales success, utilizing CRM systems and digital tools to maintain structured workflows.
