Job Summary
As a Client Advisor at Tiffany, you will embody the Tiffany brand and create extraordinary client experiences. Your role includes developing client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and fostering a clienteling culture. Responsibilities involve consistently achieving commercial goals, deepening client loyalty, capturing client data, and providing memorable in-store experiences. You are required to have retail experience, a proven track record in sales, and flexibility in working hours. Proficiency in POS systems and a passion for client relationships, as well as fluency in Spanish, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in achieving Commercial results
- Ability to connect with the client
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Spanish Speaking
